Helen spent 36 years enjoying Conesus Lake at her cottage on DaCola Shores which ultimately became a year-round home. There she spent precious time with her husband Eddy, her children, and eventually their families. In the summer you could find Helen driving the boat while her kids skied behind! You could also find her playing the organ at home or at the Conesus United Methodist Church every Sunday for many, many years. Helen loved to knit as well. She made socks, hats, blankets, mittens and much more for friends and family. She donated many of the mittens she knitted to the church every year. One year she made 100 for the church!
After Helen retired, she enjoyed spending time with Eddy riding along in his tractor trailer. Helen also enjoyed spending time bowling in leagues with friends and watching baseball. Especially the Yankees!
