Honeoye/Victor: Sandra L. Mason went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2016 at age 70 years. She passed away peacefully after a long fought battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John Mason, of Victor. Avon: July 21, 2016 at age 82 years. Predeceased by his parents James & Grace Tuchrello and his brother Anthony Tuchrello. Survived by wife of 54 years Edna (Schultz) Tuchrello, daughter Marian, son Michael J. Sr. (Michele), grandchildren Michael J. Jr., Cayden Leo, and Taylor Belle, and son Stephen A. (Kim), grandchildren Nicole Federico and Garrett Michael Tuchrello. Also survived brothers Stanley (Pat), Joe (Pat), and Tom (Linda) Tuchrello, and many nieces & nephews. Mike retired from RG&E in 1993 after working over 30 years, he was known as “The Road Runner.”

Michael, born in Leicester, NY in 1934 to James and Grace Tuchrello. After getting older they moved to Avon next door to his wife’s family for a few years. Eventually they moved to South Lima with the rest of his family and finished high school. He played football, showed cows, worked delivering bread all the while working along side his family in the muck lands. In 1962, he went to work for RG&E and also for a couple of years worked 2 sometimes 3 jobs so that mom could stay home with three kids. Mom and dad’s grandchildren meant the world to them. They were privileged to help their sons watch their first 2 name bearing boys. That sealed it for them.

Bob was born on July 21, 1925 to Leo and Irene Broderick Maxwell. He grew up in Avon, NY where his parents owned a dry cleaner and tailor business. He was the oldest of the nine Maxwell children thus there was never a loss of excitement in the family household. In 1943, he began working on the McCallion farm and met the love of his life, Kay. Kay and Bob married on July 19, 1952 and eventually moved to the farm where he lived until just recently. He was employed by Avon Farm Equipment but eventually was hired as a parts expediter at Syracuse Supply in Henrietta, NY from which he retired in 1988. After retirement, he and Kay enjoyed numerous trips throughout the US and Canada with the Avon XYZ club to such places as Alaska, Las Vegas, and Branson. When not traveling he helped his sons on the farm mowing lawn, raking hay, and plowing fields. He also raised five energetic border collies to work on the farm and loved feeding his cats. In 2004, when Kay was diagnosed with cancer, he took up the chore of cooking, cleaning and caring for her until her death in August 2005. He has missed her dearly but has now joined her in heaven with his beloved pets.

Prior to being a partner with her husband Elwood in many business ventures she was a long time teller at the Security Trust Bank in Livonia. She was also the Secretary & Treasurer for the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery for many years.

She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and wonderful friend. Rachel loved her pets and gardening. Her joy of life and optimism was a gift she shared with her family and everyone she met. Rachel loved family and friends and was always quick with a joke and a smile.

Ronald E. Barrett of Honeoye passed away on May 26th at the age of 65. He was predeceased by his parents Ezra and Joyce Barrett.

Ron attended Ohio University where he played the tuba in the Ohio University Marching Band. He was a member of the United Church of Christ where he sang in the choir. Ron had many musical talents, he especially enjoyed playing the bass fiddle and singing in an ocapella group.

Calling hours will be held at the United Church of Christ, 8758 Main St. Honeoye, on June 11th from 1 till 2 PM where services will immediately follow. Rev. Kevin Cotter will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery Honeoye.
