Livonia: Norman L. Luckenbach, 82 years, of East Ave. Livonia, NY died Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Noyes Hospital in Dansville. He was born in East Springwater, NY, September 3, 1929 the son of Lewis and Agnes Kurtz Luckenbach. He was a retired Supervisor from the State School at Industry. He also had been employed by Eastman Kodak and the former Stylex Homes in Scottsville. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who also enjoyed and accomplished much working with his hands. Norm was also a former member of the Livonia Fire Department.
He was predeceased by his son Robert; and grandchildren, Jeremy Churchfield, Jamie and Tammy Gordon. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joan Wester Luckenbach; his children, Sheila Gordon of South Dakota, Sharon (Doug) Churchfield of Groveland, Mary (Ralph) Allison of Livonia, and Jim (Patty) Luckenbach of Wayland. 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren. Sister, Reva Kent of Florida. Several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend services Friday, November 18, at 11 AM, at the Livonia United Methodist Church, 21 Summers St. Livonia, with the Rev. Dan Finch officiating.
