Honeoye: Alice A. Rowley, 79 years, of Briggs St. Honeoye, NY died Saturday October 8, 2011 at Strong Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Bristol, NY, July 16, 1932 the daughter of Clarence and Carol Drain Bennett. Prior to working for Huff Enterprises for 25 years as office manager, Alice was also employed by the Honeoye Central School. She was a member of the Honeoye United Church of Christ and the Honeoye Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Gilbert A. Rowley; her children, Richard C. (Karen) Rowley of Livonia and Debra C. Green of Honeoye. 3 grandchildren, Kevin G. Rowley, Gina M. Hettinger and Mellisa Green. her brother, Roger (Janet) Bennett of Honeoye. her aunt, Wilma Colegrove of Canandaigua. many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend services Saturday, October 22, 2011, 2 PM at the Honeoye United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Brian Krause officiating. Private interment. Lakeview Cemetery, Honeoye.
