Canadice:  At age 98, Ida passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at MM Ewing Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua, NY.  She was born on February 13, 1926, to the late Reuby and Ruth Boulio.  Ida is predeceased by her first husband, Richard Sykes, her second husband, Joseph Bauer, her son Daniel Sykes and her siblings, June, Jean, Robert, and Ralph.  Survived by her children, Stephan (Stefania) Sykes, Cyndi (Robert) Watrous, Susan Sikes, Beth (Joseph) Watro, Timothy (Dorothy) Sykes, Amy (Stephen) Blair, John (Christine) Sykes, along with her 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A graveside service will take place at 11 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Canadice Hill Corner Cemetery, 5945 Canadice Hill Rd, in Canadice, NY.  A Memorial Service will be announced and take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:  Canadice Methodist Church, 5945 Canadice Hill Rd, Springwater, NY 14560, or to:  Brookfield Community Church, 2380 Rietter Hill Rd, Westfield, PA 16950.
