  1. So sorry to hear of Jeans passing We become neighbors in 1977 when we built our home across from Bob and jean.I remember Jean having us over and Bob playing the organ. Sorry I was not able to come to the services as I recently got home from the hospital and have not driven yet. My sympathy to all.

  2. I have known Jean (and Bob) for over 30 years. They were like my parents. Bob lent me his lawnmower when I first built the house and I returned it with a broken wheel as I rushed into my 2nd shift job. I sheepishly offered money for repair the next day and he just said,”Don’t worry about it it’s already Fixed”. Regrettably, we were in Florida when he passed. More recently when we came back to the house, Jean would invite us over for “cocktails on the deck”. Luv’d it !! AND her contacts with the Long Point Arts and Crafts got me a table to sell my book at the last minute-a godsend. When we would visit in the backyard, she learned that Dick would travel over 50 miles once a week to visit his buddies. Something a wife just doesn’t ‘get’. So just to bust it up she would tease, “Dick’s going to the City !”. We have laughed a lot over that one in the past 4-years since her move down south.
    Sending our Sympathies to All.
