Livonia: Unexpectedly on January 13, 2018 at age 27. Predeceased by his step father Fred Maggio. Survived by his mother Maria Maggio, his father John Wagner, siblings; Nicholas Wagner, Jeremy Wagner, Brooke Wagner, and Anthony Maggio. Also survived by many other loved ones.
Dan was born on December 1, 1990 on Long Island and moved to Livonia at age 10. He graduated from Livonia High School and attended MCC. Daniel loved outdoor activities including camping and hiking. He was very handy making household repairs, maintaining, and sometimes repairing the family vehicles. He was a lifelong vegetarian due to his mother’s upbringing and his love of animals. Dan had an altruistic attitude as he was always helping others.
Dan’s Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 11am at the United Methodist Church of Livonia, 21 Summers Street, Livonia, NY. Its so sad to hear this news. I very much liked Dan during the time I knew him as a neighbor. He had a wonderful spirit. I remember his kindness and gentile nature. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Very sorry to learn of our loss of Dan. My heart goes out to each of you, Maria, Jeremy, Nick , Brooke and Anthony. I will remember Dan as being quietly positive and very easy-going.
I am truly sorry for your loss. Dan was a student of mine my very first year of teaching and I remember him vividly. He wasn’t fond of doing the work, but wow did he ask really deep and thoughtful questions. He definitely made class fun and I will remember him always.

I am so sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. I will always remember him for making Sociology class fun and interesting. He was a thoughtful and unique person who I will remember fondly.
