Dorenne H. Babcock, 71 of Clara Barton Street, Dansville, died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. She was born May 12, 1938, in Silver Springs, NY the daughter of Georg and Hazel Gould Totten.

Predeceased by her daughter Kathy Tuttle, Dorenne is survived by her children, Karen Koch of Newark, NY, Richard “Dutch” (Bobbi Murphy) Buchholz of Hornell, and Kenneth (Sharon Conrad) Keppen of Springwater; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Alice Bzduch of Perry; lifelong friend, Tom Kiehle of Sparta; longtime grateful friend of Bill W.; nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Sunday 2-4 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. Routes 15 & 20A, 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia where services will be held on Monday at 1 PM. Burial, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneseo. Memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter.
