Honeoye/West Bloomfield: November 21, 2014 at age 70 years. Predeceased by his wife Jane M. Duffy on October 14, 2014, his parents Ogden & Mildred (Swingle) Duffy, and his brothers Douglas and David Duffy. Survived by children; Lynn Duffy of Hopewell, Dale J. (Sara) Duffy of Newark, and Laurie Blair of PA. Siblings; Dan (Sharon) Duffy of NB, Daryl (Gloria) Duffy of West Bloomfield, Deborah (Paul) DePascale of Scottsville, and sisters-in-law; Judy Duffy of Canandaigua and Marie Duffy of Honeoye. Grandchildren; John Keiser, Hope Taylor, Derrick Duffy, Jenna Duffy, and Josh, Donny, Daryl, and Jeffrey Blair, great-grandson Aiden Keiser. Also survived by many nieces & nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Dale was born on November 13, 1944 to parents Ogden & Mildred (Swingle) Duffy. Dale was born and raised in West Bloomfield, NY and after school he served his country in the US Air Force. Dale was a truck driver and worked at the former Beverage Transport in Bloomfield, NY. Dale loved animals and especially loved his dog Buddy. Dale married Jane in 1986 and were married for over 28 years. They both enjoyed country music, dancing, and good times together.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 7th, 2014 at 1pm at the West Bloomfield Congregational United Church of Christ, 9035 Rte 5 & 20, West Bloomfield, NY 14585. Rev. Corey Keyes will be officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made in Dale’s Memory to the West Bloomfield Congregational UCC at the address above. Arrangements entrusted to the Kevin W.
