Rest in peace Louie . It feels like we are losing a pillar of the community , i appeared In front of Louie twice ,once for a speeding ticket , and second when he officiated at my wedding in May 2003. I remember when I was walking in town one day and he was driving past me , he yelled out his window and said ” hey Nancy I’m going to beat you home . I also passed him a couple of times when he was on his lawnmower on the nature trail with his coffee and he said ” hey your beating me”. Bless you
Dear Pat and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss, he was a pillar of a man with a great smile and a gentle nature. He will truly be miss by all, family, friends, neighbors, community. All the memories and love from him will surround you Pat and family to get through this difficult time.
May he rest in peace and be in God’s arms. The Drake Family
I used to hang around with Louie, Dave Reed, Harold Barnard and others at the Grill.
In October 2011 I had major neck surgery. After a couple weeks when I was somewhat recovered, Louie called me every day asking if I’d like a ride to the Grill for lunch. I wasn’t able to drive yet.
Some days I wasn’t up to going out it but if I was, he’d be there, take me down and bring me back after lunch.
Thanks buddy. RIP.
Amy, James and family:
So sorry for your loss. May Louie Rest in Peace.
Suzy & Gene O’Donovan,

Louie Levesque represented the very best of Honeoye in so many ways. So many kind words and tributes have been paid on social media to this great person and friend to all. A true icon of our community who now belongs to the ages.
To the entire Levesque family, please accept my heartfelt and deepest condolences over the loss of Louie. He will be sorely missed by all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am so sorry for the loss of Louie. He was a pillar of the community. My thoughts are with you all doing this time. Godspeed.Louie, you were definitely one of the good ones.
Louie was a freind to everyone that knew him.
In 1975 or 1976, Louie drove 7 little kids in an ambulance, from The Hemlock School to FF Thompson Hospital.
The elementary kids were outside for recess and one of the monitors noticed they were grazing on plant life.
Buttercups. I was one of those 7. we had to have our stomachs pumped as these are poisonous.
We all survived thanks to the monitor and Louie!
This is only the beginning of all the times Louie has helped me and my family!
Louie will be forever in my heart and will always be a hero to me!
My Dad has been patiently waiting to go out and count deer with Louie in heaven.
On behalf of the family of Harold J. Grundman,
God Bless Louie’s Family!
John.
I am so sorry to hear this ,He will be mixed by the entire community rest in peace ,
Louie will be remembered and missed. He coached our women’s softball team. He became a dear friend. He was great support to many in the community, taking friends to their appointments, sitting with them in their homes, or taking friends for rides to see the leaves change or to see the deer in the area. He is sharing his great humor with his coffee guys who were waiting for him in paradise. You were loved, Louie.
Thank you for all you did for others.
So very sorry for the loss of Louie! Not only to his family, but his community. He was a great neighbor to us for over 50 years. Many stories could be told from playing Santa to Easter Egg hunts to ambulance runs. Thanks Louie for a life well lived and a job well done! Love to Pat and ALL the family.
