Canandaigua: Jeff passed away at his home, at the age of 64. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Shirley McManus, and brother Mark McManus. Survived by his sisters, Sandra (Fred) Salvagni, and Nora (Doug) Sawyer, nephews Chad Wood, Doug Sawyer, nieces, Chantel Kemble and Angelica Sawyer.
Jeff had a big heart and would help anyone in need. He worked at Finger Lakes Community College for 38 years and truly loved his job as a janitor. During his time there, he made many friends, especially those who worked in the library, which he cleaned.
Jeff was a fan of all kinds of music and would attend as many concerts as he could at CMAC, which was within walking distance of his home.
Family and friends are invited to Jeff’s Burial on Monday, October 7th which will be at 11:00 AM, at the Brookside Cemetery, Hebron Ave, Shortsville, NY. A Celebration of Life will take place after the burial, from 12:30 – 2:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 320 S. Pearl St., Canandaigua, NY.
