Conesus: Kenneth D. Tubbs, 78 years, of Clark Road, Conesus, NY died Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Rochester General Hospital. He was born in Buffalo, NY, August 28, 1932 the son of Daniel and Lillian Slattery Tubbs. Ken served his country in the US Navy in the Korean War and was a member of the Harrison-Lee American Legion Post #283. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. and belonged to the Livingston Antique Car Club and the U.S.S. Beatty Reunion Association.

Ken is survived by his wife and best friend, Linda; children, Donna (David) Sellers, of Henrietta,Debbie (Mick) Berry of Chili and Steven ( Sharon) Tubbs of Honeoye Falls. step children, Chandra Downs of Livonia and Travis (Stacy) Downs of Pittsford. 4 grandchildren, Chad, Julia, and Emily Tubbs; Bobby Sellers. sisters, Eileen Hogan of Buffalo, Marge (Jerry) VanSice of Plano, Texas,, Jean Madigan of St. George, Utah, and Rita (Jim) Simpson of Livonia. sister-in-law, Jenny Tubbs of Lima. brother-in-law, Fred Lux of Stuart, Florida. Aunt, Josephine VanMeenan of Webster. several nieces, nephews and cousins. Also, his beloved dog, “Eddie”. Ken was predeceased by his brothers, Bernard, Don and Jack Tubbs.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass, 11 AM, Saturday, February 26, 2011 at St. Matthews Church, Route 20A, Livonia, with Rev. John H. Hayes officiating.
