William “Bill” R. Woods ~ June 25, 2023

Honeoye: At age 76, Bill passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the House of John in Clifton Springs, NY. He was born on December 15, 1946 in Revenna, OH to the late Wayne and Helen (Manemann) Woods. In addition to his parents, Bill is predeceased by his sister, Sharon Clarcq. Survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Dolores (Agnello) Woods; his children, Jennifer Hryhorenko and Robert Woods; along with his grandchildren, Zenon and Zoey Hryhorenko and several nieces, nephews and friends.

After graduating High School, Bill went on to proudly service his country in the United States NAVY during the Vietnam War. After he came home, he earned his bachelor’s degree from RIT and went on to become a Chemist for the Eastman Kodak Company.

Friends are invited to call from 3-5PM on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 8624 Main Street in Honeoye, NY., where his Military Honors will take place at 5PM. Interment will take place privately at Lakeview Cemetery in Honeoye, NY.     Jack and Bill were good friends and Kodak buddies.
    I’m so sorry to hear about Bills passing.
    I know he and Jack shared many many good times.

  2. I didn’t know Bill except to work with him at Eastman Kodak but you learn a lot from those you work with. Bill was a wonderful team member who would have a great smile and was always a great person to work with and be around. One doesn’t change that much when out of work. We at Kodak were fortunate to spend time with you, I am certain everyone else in your life felt likewise. Thoughts and prayers to your family.

  6. Being a neighbor of Bill’s had been an adventure worth taking. Bill was always available to lend a hand when needed. We had many laughs and some tears especially in the last couple of years. Bill, you’ll always be a great neighbor and friend in our hearts and memories, Your life’s journey may have ended but you’re always in our memories. We just down the street lending support to Dodie. Rest in peace.

    Dirtweek , Poconos race weekend, camp (Waynewood). Learned so many life lessons from Bill . The stories we will continue to tell about Bill will live on forever. Thank you my friend
