Charlotte was such a lovely person. I knew her from the board of the Community Child Care Center. Generous, cheerful and beautiful–a woman to remember always.

Charlotte was the best sister in law that anyone could ask for. She was a kind, caring, compassionate person that loved working with children. I will miss her greatly as we spoke frequently on the phone.
