Hemlock: At age 48, Jack passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, November 11, 2022 at his home in Hemlock. He was born in York County, PA to the late Kay and Jack J. Jett II. Survived by his daughter, Kyrstin Jett and his sister, Paula (Ed) Rutven, along with the Fairbrother family.
