Rochester: At age 91, Bernard passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, July 11, 2022 in Hemlock, NY. He was born in Rochester, NY to the late Ismenes and Eleanor Frati. Survived by his beloved wife of 64 years; Jane B. (VanHalle) Frati, his children; Robin (Bill) Calabrese, Brenda Czapranski, Paul (Jill) Frati, Keith Frati, his grandchildren; Melissa Dyals, Megan Czapranski, Margo (Tony) Parsels, Nicholas Frati (Ashley Love), Anthony Frati, Marissa Frati and his great grandchildren; Sebastian Dyals (Kiera Everly), Savannah (Bryson) Callis, Brianna Northrop, Natalee Parsels, Connor Parsels, Carter Randolph, and Addison Randolph, along with his great-great grandchildren; Elizabeth and Alex Dyals.

Friends and family are invited to call from 4-6PM on Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia, where Bernard’s Military Honors will immediately follow calling hours at 6PM.
