Piffard: At age 51, Ron passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. Ron was born in Dansville, NY to the late John and Diane Forrester. Survived by his beloved wife of 10 years, Joanne H. Forrester, his son; Hunter J. Forrester, and his siblings; Diane “Lynn” Forrester (Brian Currier) and Jason Forrester, along with several nieces, nephews, friends including, Pat Caldwell, Bruce Eastman, Ken Alexander, and Marv Stefko.
Ron had numerous passions, including: NASCAR, the San Francisco 49ers, Hunting, Fishing, being with his friends, but most of all spending time with his family. Ron will be greatly missed.
Friends and family are invited to call from 3-6PM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia, where Ron’s funeral service will immediately follow at 6PM. Interment will take place privately at Erwin Cemetery in Springwater. Ron was always a pleasant man/father. He has left his llegacy living on by his son Hunter. Hunter is such a super student of mine. I am so sorry and sad to hear this horrible news. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this horrible time. I know he will be deeply missed by so many.

Really sorry to hear of Ron’s passing, very sad. Haven’t seen you guys since high school, but I remember our friendship. Ron was a genuinely good guy, funny, and could take a joke.
