  1. So many happy memories of family holidays and events with Penny and all my cousins while growing up. Penny was a part of my childhood and will be in my heart and mind forever.

  2. Penny, I miss you. You were such a bright spot in my life. I pray that God will give your family comfort and peace.

  3. Penny was my cousin-in-law but she made me feel like her sister. I will always cherish the times I would spend at your house when Bella was little. I moved away before Gioaco was born but would make a point to visit when I was in town. I moved back in 2020 and am thankful we were able to reconnect. I will hold onto our last hug forever. RIP Penny….nickel and dime…..

  4. I’m so sorry for the loss your family is experiencing. May you have comfort and peace at this sad time. I remember Penny when she was a young girl. She always liked to laugh!

  5. I was in total shock that someone so young and healthy be gone with no warning. I feel so much sorrow for her children. It’s a mother’s nightmare leaving our children without us. I pray that she is happy and smiling down on all of her loved ones and allowing them to feel her nearby. Penny you always had a bright light around, it saddens me that we never had the chance to reconnect. God bless you and your family I will pray for you.

  6. We’re still in shock! Penny was our 3rd daughter and a best friend to our daughter, Rebecca since high school. Our sincere condolences to her children and the Horan family. She was indeed a “ray of sunshine” and will be missed.

  7. To the Horan family: On behalf of my family, we are extremely sorry to learn about Penny’s passing. I will always remember Penny’s smile. A bright light. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

  8. Penny was an amazing cousin to me! She was a beautiful person inside and out! She was kind and fun and generous and always made you laugh! Her light will shine on forever in the hearts of the many people she knew.
My heart has been so sad the past few days knowing that she will be missing in my future here on earth. But then I realized I should be grateful that I was lucky enough to have her as part of my past and that someday we will be reunited on the other side and will continue to have laughs and love forever!
You will be missed Pen! xoxox

  9. So sorry for your loss. My prayers are with your family at this sad time. Melanie Barbato

  10. I first met Steve and Penny at Jackie’s home. After that, every time I was in town both would come to see me. I love both of them as my own children. I was sad at their breka up and tried to stay friends with both. Their kids are marvelous and friendly, a tribute to both. A friend has left this earth and is done with plain. God love her and keep her close to Him.

  11. Our deepest condolences to the Imburgia Family. Penny was a ray of sunshine in everyone’s life. We all will miss her, but she will not be forgotten.
