  1. Beautiful photo, family, and souls, praying for you all during these hard times. May she Rest at Peace as she guides you. Praying for you!

  2. Our love and prayers for peace and comfort for Heather, Brittany, Joe and Angel. May the Lord wrap you in his loving embrace. And may all the happy memories you made with your Mom bring happiness and smiles to see you through the days ahead. Your Mom was someone very special. She always reminded me of the lady she was named after…Grandma “Pat” Grattan…. her love and kindness and courage and strength. Our love to you all….Uncle Bob and Aunt Linda

  3. You fought the hard fight my cousin. I know you are at peace now in the arms of Jesus.

  4. Too many wonderful memories to choose just one. A different kind of memory than others would be our both agreeing that your move here was a God ordained set up move. Affectionately called “the daughter” and myself “Mom” is one I will miss hearing you say as well “Dad”. You did leave a mark upon our lives and I am thankful we let you know that many times over the years. As Jack Benny would say daughter,” thanks for the memories!”

  5. You were my first born niece, my first born child was born on your birthday. we can never forget you. You will always be on my heart. We didn’t see each other often in the past years, but when we did it was always enjoyable. Will love and miss you in my heart Patty. Hug my dad,mom , my sister and daughter for me. RIP PATTY!!
