Mary Minster ~ March 7, 2020

Hemlock: At age 79, Mary passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. She was born to James and Elizabeth Deemer in Rochester, NY. Mary is predeceased by her husband; Ronald Minster, her brother; Billy Zimmer and her friend, Daniel Parsons.  Survived by her children; Ronald Minster, Lisa (Keith) Larson, Eilene Ganshaw (Michael Fuoco), her grandchildren; Candace Robinson, Brandi Swift, Megan (Tom) Leavy, Kelsey (Cody) Stidfole, Kerstyn Ganshaw, and her 6 great grandchildren; Aubreigh Swift, Brayden Wixom – Ganshaw, Cole Swift, Declan Stidfole, Kinsley Stidfole and Remi Leavy, along with several nieces, nephews and sister-in-laws.

Friends and Family are invited to call on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 4PM to 7PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia, where her services will take place on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 11AM with Interment immediately following at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road in Pittsford.   1. Ron I just learned of your mother’s passing. To you and your siblings and extended family I wish you comfort during this time of loss. I never got to know your mom but knowing Ron’s heart she did something right while on this plane! Digital hugs Rom until we meet again.

    Ron I am so glad I got to know your mom, she was a lovely woman in every way. Fridays I looked forward to delivering her fish fry and seeing that beautiful smile on her face. You were truly blessed. God Bless all of you! Dawn

  3. Ron, Lisa and Eilene, I was so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I will always remember my Aunt Mary with a smile on her face. She was quick witted and was able to make others laugh easily. I pray for peace and comfort for you and your families.

  6. Ron, Lisa and Eileen,
    I am so very the loss of your beloved mom, she was such a nice lady. In the summers I would take walks down with my dogs to chat with her, we both enjoyed each other’s company. She will be greatly missed by many. In God’s love.
