Livonia/Geneseo: July 21, 2014 at age 88. Predeceased by her husband Robert Matthews and children; Dorothy Dishaw and Elmer Matthews. Survived by her grandchildren; Ken (Kelly) Dishaw of Fowlerville and Gina Matthews of Rochester. Great grandson Patrick Dishaw, nieces & nephews.

I will always love & miss my Mean Jean Matthew, Grandma Jean. She was always telling stories & making everyone laugh, and naturally trying to go to the casino. In the hearts of many she will live on forever!

I was Jean’s aide from 4 yrs ,right from the beginning we started a very special bond , she was such a delight ,enjoy talking to her about her past and her enjoyment to go to gambling ,I was blessed to have known her and so glad she became my special friend, she will be sadly missed ,RIP…..
