Conesus Lake: At age 85, Bob passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 20, 2018 at his home in Livonia. He was born in Rochester, NY to the late David and Bernice Adams. Bob is predeceased by his beloved wife, Patricia. He is survived by his children; Dennis (Karen) Adams of Hilton, Shiellee Adams (Murray Hems) of Macedon, Shawn (Jill) Adams of Conesus, his grandchildren; Elliott Adams, Liam Adams, Kaeliegh Hendrickson, Joshua (Seneca) Hendrickson, Nathan Adams, and Lindsey Adams, along with a niece and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, December 27th, from 5-8pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 28th at St. Matthew’s Church, 6591 Richmond Mills Road in Livonia with interment to follow at Union Cemetery on Big Tree Road in Livonia. Bob was such a remarkable father and grandpa. He always followed my golf scores in the newspaper. Enjoyed seeing him at family gatherings. Life lived well!
So sorry to hear this sad news. He was a gentleman and a great client , enjoyed him very much.
My heart is heavy with the loss of Bob. He was a role model for me as a teenager and throughout my life. The pool parties, clam bakes and of course convincing him to move to the lake. His smile, laugh and shaking his head over my father’s antics will forever make me smile. My deepest sympathy and love to all his family.
