South Bristol/Honeoye: November 29, 2018 at age 74. A humble, loving, beautiful, kind woman who lived life to its fullest. She will be sorely missed.
Survived by children, Joseph Deats, Martha Vaughn, and Craig Deats; and siblings, Franette Staub and Frank Osinski. Vicky was predeceased by her parents Frank & Martha (Wadecki) Osinski and sister Pamella Osinski who was with her when she passed.

Vicky adopted myself Lisa Maxwell and Elizabeth Sayre in the early 70’s..
I loved her and called her my Mom.
I will miss my early youth memories with her and Frank. Also my awesome Grandparents.
