Bloomfield: Patrick passed away unexpectedly on November 13, 2018 at age 23. He was born in Rochester, NY to his parents, Paul and Tina McNamara and is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Patrick was a class of 2013 graduate of Honeoye Central School, where he played soccer. He was a member of the E36 East Coast Club and had a genuine interest in cars.

Patrick’s Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 19th, at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 8961Main Street, Rte 20A, Honeoye, NY with interment following at St. Mary’s cemetery in Honeoye.
