I was associated with Don for many years at the Honeoye legion.
My deepest sympathy to the family.
Paul, I am so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Talking to you at Strong when your dad and Joe were both there, I know we both knew what the outcome would be, but they were our rocks in life and we were going to do whatever we could to be their rocks when they needed us. I know your dad and Joe are already meeting up and having a grand time. Take comfort in knowing you did what you could and that your love and support was always appreciated.
I will miss Don and his sunny attitude on life. Always enjoyed meeting him at Shurfine in Honeoye. He was a proud veteran, supporting our American Legion. Honeoye seems a whole lot smaller without Don. RIP, my good friend.
I’m so sorry to hear of Don’s passing, he was a good man. RIP
