Leesburg, FL:   September 6, 2017; Joan P. Feneran, age 79, passed away unexpectedly. She was born on February 18, 1938 in Penn Yan, New York. Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and  great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Feneran and five children; David (Pam) Young of Conesus, NY, Diane Young of Panama, NY, Douglas (Darcy) Young of Geneseo, NY, Robin (David) Gabel of Silver Creek, NY, and Wendy (Michael) Dempsey of Macomb Township, MI.  Joan is also survived by eleven loving grandchildren Tanya, Derek, Brandon, Douglas Jr., Carley, Aaron, Dylan, Ryan, Jordan, Brendan and Jenna; six great-grandchildren Tyresse, Trayce, Trysten, Caitlyn, Alden and Oliver; two sisters Gwen Pesce and Charlene Boyce; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Joan’s Funeral Mass with be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 95 N. Main Street, Canandaigua, NY on  Saturday, November 25 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Canandaigua.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to UF Health Shands Hospital, Neuro-Intensive Care Unit, 1600 S.W.
