Livonia: Juanita P. Bennett, 72 years, of Big Tree Road, Livonia, NY died Thursday evening, December 18, 2008, at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Livonia August 21, 1936, the daughter of Albert and and Doris Hughes Phillips. A very active community volunteer, one of the many things she did was serving as secretary of the Joint Livonia Fire District. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Robert and sister Helen.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard C. Bennett; her sons, Richard G. (Laurie) Bennett of Livonia, Rustin (Sharon) Bennett of Chili, Randall (Anna) Bennett of Calif. Russell (Susan) Bennett of Henrietta and Rodrick Bennett of Conesus.6 grandchildren. her sisters, Eleanor Iler of Geneseo, Alice Krisher of Livonia, and Mary Thomae of Calif. her brother-in-law, Ronald (Elizabeth) Bennett of Scottsville. several nieces and nephews.
