  1. So sorry to here of Linda’s passing. Enjoyed helping her when our kids were in 4H together. I think I learned as much from her about sewing as the kids did. Thoughts are with the entire family.

  2. Dan,Our deepest condolences are extended to you and your family. The music that Linda produced in all of us will “echo on in sweet refrains”!!!

  3. The tide recedes but leaves behind
    bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle
warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes
    on in sweet refrains…..
    For every joy that passes,
    something beautiful remains.

  4. Dan, we were so very sorry to learn of Linda’s passing. We have fine memories of our time together at Victor UM Church and always appreciated her work with our grandchildren in the music program at Honeoye. I trust God will comfort you and your family during this difficult time.

  5. I’m so very sad for your loss. I spent many happy days and nights at the Shilling home with my friend, Marylou. Linda was almost another sister to me, whether she wanted to be bothered by me or not! I’m praying for comfort for the whole family.

  7. I was lucky enough to have Mrs. Mollnow as a teacher, a mentor, and a friend while I was a student at HCS. Her choir room was one of the places I loved to spend study halls and after school. She taught with passion and gusto and her love of teaching, music, and her students was always abundantly clear. Her love for her family and her community was always very clear as well. As I remember Mrs. Mollnow a few images come to mind – her and Dan dressed as Sonny and Cher at a Thespian Banquet, her leading our show choir in concerts in Toronto and NYC, and her in her choir room sitting at the piano working or at the whiteboard working on the her next lesson. She was an amazing person and I will miss her dearly. Sending my deepest and heartfelt condolences.
