  1. Marie and Linda,

Many an hour was spent at your Mom’s home because she always made you feel welcome. I remember going down to Paul’s when I came home from the service or from Colorado so I could say hello to your Mom. She always seemed surprised that someone would take the time to say hello to her. A wonderful, extremely forgiving lady. She sure put up with a lot of “mischief” when the boys showed up to see Dennis. Hold your heads high because you had a wonderful mother who treated everyone kindly.

    Pete

  2. Marie & Linda and families:

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. She was such a wonderful and sweet lady. We spent many hours at her home on the weekends and she never complained. She was our second Mom.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Love,

    Diane

  3. Marie, Linda and families,

Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma. We feel so glad to have had the opportunity to be neighbors for so many years. We can’t help but smile when we think of so many of the wonderful memories, some of them very funny. Like the time Ali(the cat)fell out of an upstairs window clinging to the screen, riding it all the way to the ground. And like the typical cat, she landed on all fours, screen still attached! During the spring, summer and fall we would see Bea lovingly tending her many flower gardens.

Bea never spoke an unkind word about anyone, she was always kind and humble. There were few who could compare to Bea. They don’t make them like her anymore. Bea was the neighbor everyone wishes they had. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, Bob and Jackie Quinn and family

  6. To Linda and Jack,Marie and Al,Erin and Trevor, and Kaitlin,

We regret hearing about Bea’s passing. Your mother, mother in law, and grandma was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. She had a wonderful sense of humor and just loved spending time with family and friends visiting, laughing and enjoying life. And what a life she had.
She was a fantastic gardener,in fact we have many of her garden plants in our garden.Bea made the best apple pie ever, no one else’s could compare to hers. And she always had something good to say about anyone. What a treasure it has been to have had the opportunity to have spent time and gotten to know Bea for us and our sons. She was a “Grand Lady” with a beautiful smile and we will never forget her.She will be missed by our family and by all.
Our prayers, our thoughts and our sympathy go out to all of you in this time of sorrow.

    Karen and Bill Dodsworth
