  2. Gina Brandi George and Royce:
I cannot even put my loss into words, so I can
Only imagine yours. Jerry was my best and longest trucking buddy, mentor, best friend. He was one of a kind and was the best boss ever. Your entire family welcomed the drivers who worked for him with open arms. And for that, I thank you. I am left to go through my miles without my number 1 friend.
My sincere sympathies to you all. I know that big truck took him to his next journey, and II am glad I have a trucking angel watching over me.

  3. Gina & Brandi. oh, and Greg and whoever else we could con into food issues:
You know we’ve been through many years of fun family gatherings. We’ve learned many things about how to prepare dinners by the “sultan of meals”. Jerry was the Master of the Feast and we always knew that, the bigger the spread, the better the meal. He came to life when the number of diners challenged the ability of Gina, Brandi, Greg, and Dan.
We learned that butter absolutely had to be softened and salt and pepper had to BE THERE . We all knew that Booboo made the perfected manhattan, which always had the power to make Jerry a very mellow fellow!
Walt never drank the Manhattans with Jerry, but I did; and I don’t think they’ll be as tasty without Jerry to drink them with. We miss him terribly…:(

  4. Our condolences to the Collins Family. we know he will be missed by all. Our thoughts are with you.

May you find a measure of comfort in loving memories, and most of all in knowing that God is “close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit.”(Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, has promised that soon, He will “swallow up death forever..and wipe the tears from all faces.”(Isaiah 25:8) Again I’m very sorry for your loss.
