Hemlock/Cohocton: December 2, 2014 at age 57 years. Predeceased by his parents Elmer & Marjorie K. Rouse. Survived by his wife Mary Williams of Buffalo. Children; Robert, Richard, Nadine, Stefan, Christine, and step-children Robert Tapp & William Tapp. Siblings; Michael (Lisa) Williams, Lisa (Robert) Holley, Lynn Fires, and Diane Donohue. Many nieces & nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dale was born on September 25, 1957 in Buffalo, NY. Dale attended Canaseraga High School and then entered the US Army. He was stationed in Germany for many years. After his Army service he worked at Kraft Foods in Avon, NY for almost 10 years, and was a hard worker. Throughout his life Dale enjoyed riding motorcycles and was good at fixing & building many things. He always looked after the less fortunate and always tried to help those in need.
