BLOOMFIELD – In loving memory of Mildred I. Proper, who died April 24, 2014, at age 103 years. She was predeceased by her son, Gene Proper. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Proper of Bloomfield and Kathy (Gabriel) Lopez of Milford, N.H.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to attend memorial services on Saturday, May 17, at 11 a.m. at West Bloomfield Congregational Church, Routes 5 and 20, West Bloomfield. Burial will be in West Bloomfield Cemetery.
