Buffalo/Avon: December 29, 2013 at age 94 years at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home, Livonia, NY. Predeceased by his wife Catherine J. Green in 2008. Survived by his children Robert (Kyle Anne) Green of Avon and Bill (Marie) Bamberg of NC, 8 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren, and brother Ronald Swim of TX.

Donald was a veteran of the US Marine Corps serving during WWII. He was a supervisor at NFTA Metro, Buffalo, NY for many years.
