  1. Joan,
On behalf of your friends from the Scandinavian Heritage of Sons of Norway, we want to share our condolences on the death of Phil. We will miss Phil as a solid supporter of our Lutefisk dinner as well as an ardent memvbr of the Swedish Community. If there is any way we can help related to the Lucia Fest, we are ready to participate. We will be in touch.

  3. Dear Joan and family,

Phil was a true gentleman and it was my pleasure to know him. He will be missed by the GVC/MOAA group since he was always such a dedicated member with the newsletter and other things. I know he will be missed greatly by your family.
You have my prayers for comfort and understanding.

  4. Dear Joan, Beth, and the rest of the family,
Even though I haven’t seen Phil in years, I too mourn his passing.
I fondly remember Phil visiting me while I was briefly hospitalized and knew him to be a great ally and mentor for me at work.
Knowing Phil, his love of family and his attention to detail; I am confident he prepared you well for this most difficult time.
As for me…I’m going to look up that bakery (formerly of Sibley’s) and buy one of those delicious pastries that Phil always shared!
    God Bless,
    Craig Stratton
(former co-worker and former neighbor of Beth on Conesus)
