Conesus: July 4, 2013 at her home at age 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Glenn “Red” Meyer in 1998 and brother Robert E. Wood in 2011. Survived by her children; Sandra (Richard) Elliott of Canandaigua, Michael (Kathy) Meyer of Dansville, and Gregg (Gale) Meyer of Dansville. 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and sister Joyce Wester of Conesus. Ruth was a member of the Conesus Community for many years and retired from the United States Post Office in Conesus.

Funeral services will be on Saturday morning, July 13, at 11AM at the Conesus United Church, 6199 South Livonia Road, Conesus. Rev. David Hotchkiss will be the celebrant.
