Welch; 3 children, Rick (Donna) Welch of Rochester, Randy (Carol) Welch of Avon, Robin (Bill) Louvain of Geneseo; 5 grandchildren, Ryan (Heidi) Louvain,Travis Louvain, Eric Welch; Amanda & Emily Welch; sister, Shirley (Gary) Cox of Geneseo; sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Madilene & Robert Peri of Geneseo; nieces, nephews & dear friends.

  7. To Fanny’s family, so sorry to hear that you have lost such a beautiful lady, Wife, Mother, Sister (In-Law) and Grandmother. Her smile was priceless. She always made you feel special. All who knew her, loved her, here at 2900 Power Line Rd in Haines City, FL (our Snowbird home). The night sky has a new ‘Bright Shining Star’. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Howard.
