Cristen Ann Moodie (Colwell) passed away Monday, December 10, due to complications from a severe brain injury. She was 52 years old. Cristen survived by her doting husband Mark Moodie, loving children Matthew and Michelle, caring parents Frank and Jeanne Colwell, adoring siblings Robert, Kim, John and Peggy, life-long friends Karen Hodgeman and Billie Jo Cavalier along with countless others.
Born on October 15, 1960, Cristen was an adorable child, who grew into rambunctious teen and then a beautiful young woman. She had an illuminating smile, infectious laugh and wonderful sense of humor. Dependable, selfless and compassionate, Cristen offered guidance to many. She loved the outdoors, from youthful camping trips to recent long walks in the park. Cristen enjoyed spending time with loved ones, friends and family a like. Whether it be watching Food Network to a night out on the town, Cristen was up for anything. She loved life and anyone who crossed paths with her was a better person for having known her.
