Alice Marion (Sliker) Denneville died on October 30th, 2012 in Livonia. Mrs. Denneville, the daughter of Fanny Maude Everingham and John Sliker, was born May 19th, 1923. Mrs. Denneville graduated from Wayland High School in 1940 and Geneseo State Teachers College. She married Harry Partridge in 1948, Mark Pavlove in 1964 and Albert Denneville in 1994. They all predeceased her.

Mrs. Denneville taught elementary school in California, Florida, and Geneseo. She taught and was a principal of an elementary school in Miami.

Mrs. Denneville was a native of Conesus and was active in various organizations such as the Coast Guard Auxilary, American Legion, and Conesus Historical Society. She served as the Town of Conesus historian in the 1990’s.

She is survived by two first cousins William Palmer of Sun City Center, Florida and Jean Williams of Clinton, NY and several Sliker cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, November 17th, 2012 in the Conesus United Methodist Church, Route 15, Conesus. Interment was in the Union Cemetery in Scottsburg.
