Alan J. Wander of Conesus Lake, July 1, 2012, at age 89 years, formerly of Pittsford,NY. Predeceased by son-in-law, Terry Conking and grandson David Conking. Also, predeceased by brothers, Joseph and Jacob Wander and sister Edna Mason. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Marian; children, Melissa Conking of Pittsford, Alan (Deborah) Wander of Coto de Caza, Calif., Melinda (Fran) DeClerck of Groveland, Joseph (Carol) Wander of Wadsworth, Ohio, Margaret (Thomas) Dunn of Springwater, Thomas (BJ) Kelly of Conesus, & Marilou (George) Jones of Knoxville, TN. 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. His sister, Rosabell Wittman Preston of Lakeville. Several nieces & nephews. He was a World War II Veteran.
