Livonia: Ernest E. Lane, 75 years, Lake Glen Drive, Livonia, NY died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at his home. He was born August 21, 1933 in Charlestown, West Virginia the son of Russell and Mary Law Lane. He was employed as a welder at Todd Steel Co. in Point of Rocks, MD. He was a member of the United Steel Workers of America.

He is survived by his wife Ethel Robinson Lane; Sons, Alex (Brenda) Lane of Lakeville, William, Ernest, Jr., and Kenneth Lane all of Livonia. Daughter, Lorie Preddie of Rochester. 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Sister, Phyllis Lane of Harrisburg, Pa., Kay Lane of Charlestown, West Virginia. Several nieces and nephews.
