Rochester: May 30, 2012 at age 83 years. Predeceased by her parents and brother Malcolm Wade. Survived by her husband of 61 years Charles F. Phelps. Children; David (Margaret) Phelps of Hamden, CT, Karen Phelps of Lakeville, NY, and Robert (Anne Marie) Phelps of Victor, NY. Grandchildren; Ted, Katherine, Elizabeth, Carie, Paul, Jamie, Matthew, Ryan, Nicholas, and Emma. Great Grandchildren; Michael and Owen. Sisters, Jean (Donald) Shaw of Cape Cod, MA and Muriel (Roland) Pyche of Worcester, MA. Brother, Alan (Margaret) Wade also of Worcester. Sister in Law Barbara Wade & Nieces and Nephews.

Louise was born on September 9, 1928 in Worcester, MA to parents William and Frances (Seeley) Wade. She married Charles F. Phelps in 1951 and they had three children. She was a member of the Pittsford Community Church for many years.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday June 8, 2012 at 3:30pm at St. John’s Home, 150 Highland Avenue, Rochester, NY, where a reception will follow.
