Geneseo: James R.Betteridge, 58 years, of Lima Rd., Geneseo, NY died Monday, August 1, 2011 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born in Rochester, NY, February 21, 1953 the son of William and Dorothy Heffer Betteridge. He was a self employed carpenter and an avid sportsman who belonged to the NRA.

Predeceased by son, Billy Betteridge. He is survived by his wife, Karen Oliver-Proctor; children: Ian Betteridge of Ft. Collins, Matthew Betteridge of Geneseo, David Proctor of Fredonia, Austin Pischer of Geneseo, Laura Betteridge of Loveland, CO, Lisa Ann Milner of Geneseo; grandson, Joseph James Milner; sister, Bonnie Nuccie of chili; niece, Paula Nuccie of Webster; nephews, AJ Nuccie of Chili and Jeff Thompson of Chili. Best Friends & Brothers at Heart: Mike Brandes & Kevin Cochran & many, many other close friends.
