Livonia: Douglas C. King, 69 years, of Longview Blvd. in Livonia, NY died Friday, July 15, 2011 in Rochester, NY. He was born in Rochester, NY., February 4, 1942 the son of Theodore C. and Marion Richardson King. He served his country from 1958 – 1963 in the US Navy. He married his wife of 47 years, Margaret LeBriton in 1964.Doug belonged to the Harrison – Lee American Legion Post #283 in Livonia. An avid outdoorsman, he and his family enjoyed the Camp that he built in the Southern Tier many years ago. Enjoying the outdoors and nature, Douglas was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the NRA. Prior to retiring, he was employed as a tool and die maker with Southco of Honeoye Falls, NY.
Besides his wife, Margaret, he is survivied by his sons, Richard C. King of Rose, NY, Neal (Dawn) King of SC, & David D. King of Henrietta, NY 2 grandchildren, Madison and Spensir King. brother, James T. King of Florida. Many nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
