Canandaigua:  At age 70, Vicky passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Suzanne’s Comfort Care in Perry, NY.  She was born on April 12, 1954, to the late Leroy and Doris (Mapes) Beeman-Deveans.  Vicky is predeceased by her grandparents who raised her, Albert and Gladys Volansky, her son Charles Oberdorf, and her sister, Cathy Deveans.  Survived by her stepmother, Patricia M. Beeman, beloved aunts, Mary Volansky, Patricia M. Beeman, and Patricia G. Miller, her children, Rachael Brown, Ann Provoost, Michael (Kelsey) Brown II, her siblings, Terri (Jim) Utter, Cindy Cary, and David Deveans, her grandchildren Yahaira Brown-Diaz, Victor (Natalie Mosko) Diaz V, Kayliena Diaz, Charles Oberdorf, Gage Oberdorf, Unique Oberdorf, Damien Souring, Cat Souring, Heather Souring, and her great grandson, Victor Manuel Diaz VI, along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.
