Rochester: At age 94, Isabell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at St. Ann’s Home in Rochester, NY. She was born on November 16, 1929 to the late Harold and Alice Gannon. Isabell is predeceased by her husband, William Bennett; her son Percy Willis; and her siblings, Arthur, and Althea. Survived by her daughter, Michele (John) Eckert; her son, Gordon Willis and her sister, Irene Noah; along with her grandchildren, Katherine, Scott, Michael, Joseph, Carla, and Timothy.

Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia where Isabell’s funeral service will immediately follow at 4PM.
