Lima:  At age 87, Richard passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, October 6, 2023. He was born on July 6, 1936, to the late Eugene and Ruth Williams. Survived by his wife; Barbara, and Brother; Robert (Karen) Williams. Richard was predeceased by his Brother; Roger Williams.
