Livonia/Bloomfield: At age 60, Vern passed peacefully on September 8, 2023 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born on April 30, 1963 to the late Vernon Sr. and Marion (Farley) Gfeller. Survived by sons; Christopher Gfeller of Stanley and Aaron Gfeller (fiancée Amber Whitemore) of Bloomfield; their mother Sandra Paremske; siblings, Kathleen Gfeller Keller of Livonia, David (Lois) Gfeller of Dansville, and Jean Gfeller of Canandaigua; nieces: Roxanne (Shahnon) Slocume, Jennifer Belcher, Jessica (James) Smith, nephews: David M. Gfeller, Jeremiah Gfeller many great nieces and nephews and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 16th, at Union Cemetery, Livonia, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the East Bloomfield Ambulance, 105 Main Street, Bloomfield, NY 14469. I’m sorry to hear this is. Vern was a great guy. Worked with him at CVS Mark Steven’s warehouse. Prayers to all his family and friends. He will be missed.
