RIP buddy.
Goodbye old friend. Although we lost touch over the years, we shared some unforgettable fun times. RIP and best wishes to Richy and your nephews.
My heart is broken for all your family-Richy and Katy and the rest of the Frank family. May you rest in peace along with all those that went before you. Erna was and will always be a friend I think about daily. I’m sure she is welcoming you now home to her arms. Bless you all as you go through some tough days and times now.
I have many fond memories of times Billy and I shared that will stay dear to my heart. GOD Bless! Rest in peace…….
My heart goes out to you, his family and friends, on this great loss. It’s been wonderful reconnecting during our HS reunion events in recent years. What a sweet and upbeat guy he was. Good bless you, Billy! Rest in peace.

Billy you loved hard and suffered too much. I will miss seeing you and sharing laughs about the good ole days. Jane
