Many years of cherished memories by so many people at Uncle John’s place on the lake are among his greatest legacies. He was a beacon of happiness and good-times for a lot of people. His kindness, stubbornness, and welcoming spirit will forever be attached to those that were imprinted by him over the years. He will be missed, but the memories that remain are warm reminders his spirit will forever be with those who were regulars at Uncle John’s Place.
John will be truly missed. Over 40 years of friendship and memories. The lake won’t be the same. All of the Habecker family are in our prayers.
John was wonderful brother-in- law to me and Uncle John to our 2 sons, Jason and Shawn and always a wonderful, kind, thoughtful, fun loving brother to Larry,
(my deceased husband, and father to our 2 sons)
John always welcomed us at his home on the lake and we have such wonderful
memories of fun, filled days with John, and the rest of the family, too !
John will be terribly missed by all of us.
I was always proud to be a family member, ( by marriage in Jan. 1977) welcomed into the Habecker Family. May John Rest In Peace.
He will be missed beyond , what words could ever say !
Fly high John with all the angels.
God Bless our Aquinas Brother.
John was a great neighbor and friend to all on the lake. He will be missed by many. Deepest sympathies to John’s family.
My deepest sympathies to Dick and family and friends as you grieve.
My heart is with you.
