  1. To Elizabeth’s family and loved ones,
I am devastated to have to write this to you. I had not seen Elizabeth since my last medical appointment in November 2022. I just called the office today and learned of her passing in February of this year. To say that I am sorry for her passing would be an understatement. She was truly remarkable and exceptional. There really are not sufficient words to describe her. I only hope that she can continue to be with you in some way now. May God ever bless her.

  2. I recently learned of Elizabeth’s sudden passing. My deepest sympathy & condolences to the family. As many, I’ve known her many years as Doctor Chockalingham’s secretary. She was so cheerful, caring, kind, & always most helpful. She will be sorely missed. May she RIP.

  4. To Elizabeth,
You were one great lady and I was so honored to know you. I was one of the many people you helped as you worked and lived your life. You will be missed BIG TIME by your family, your friends and by patients like me who enjoyed your attention and assistance. God bless.

  5. Liz was not only my coworker for so many years at the doctors office, she was a dear friend. We laughed and cried and supported each other over so man years. Moving away due to life circumstances, meant no longer getting to be with one of the most loving people I have ever met. I am so sad for Dan, Melissa, Danielle and the rest of the family, but also sad for the patients that will no longer get to get their hugs and affection from Liz. My sweet Liz, it was my pleasure to have known you and worked with you. Rest easy until we meet again!

  6. Dear family and friends of Elizabeth’s. We will miss her so much when we go to Dr C’s office. Her smile, and kindness, her good humour and wonderful hugs will remain with us always. As she rests in peace in the arms of Jesus, we will pray for you, her family and friends who have been left behind. May God bless you and the Holy Spirit comfort you in this time. From Orla and Gordie
